With Lexmark Onsite Service Next Business Day coverage if your technical issue cannot be resolved over the phone a Lexmark Technical Support representative will dispatch a qualified Lexmark service technician to your location for next-business-day service. The technician will service your defective printer onsite and will make sure your printer meets Lexmark’s most stringent standards of quality and performance. This offering includes telephone and Web-based support all parts and labour and onsite service and testing.

Lexmark Onsite Service Next Business Day Warranties can be purchased one time during the base warranty of the product. One-year two-year or three-year extensions for up to four years of total coverage from the date of product purchase may be available. Extensions must be purchased before the base warranty expires.
Following the extended-warranty period renewal coverage may be purchased for one year at a time as long as the product is supported by Lexmark.

If you have a printer problem call Lexmark's Technical Support or submit a request via the web. Lexmark's highly trained technicians will first try to resolve the problem. If your problem cannot be resolved we will dispatch a Lexmark trained technician to your location (usually the next business day) for printer repair. By purchasing a LexOnSite Repair extended warranty a customer is eligible for on-site service during the term of the extension. If your original warranty was a carry in product then you will be required to purchase a LexOnSite Repair Upgrade to cover your original warranty and any extended warranties purchased.
